“National Constitution Day” & “National Education Day”
Celebrated in Campion School 

In Pursuance of the Instructions of the Ministry of Human Resource Development and CBSE, Campion School, Bhopal Celebrated two important Days of the Nation i.e., “National Constitution Day” and “National Education Day” recently in School premises with full zeal and enthusiasm. The “National Education Day” is an annual observance in India to commemorate the birth anniversary of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, the first education minister of independent India and the “National Constitution Day” also known as ‘Samvidhan Divas’ celebrated in India every year to commemorate the adoption of Constitution of India.
To marked Both the National days in a grand and respectful manner, the students of Secondary from VI th to XII th Classes from different sections, Organised various competitions such as Speeches, Poster making, Drawing & Painting, Chart Making, Poster making, debates, declamations, quiz, Slogan charts etc. based on the theme of above days. The students also decorated display-boards. A quiz on the Constitution was also conducted. An oath was taken on the occasion of the National Constitution Day. To marks and feels the importance of these days, the students of Campion School were led by Senior teacher and lecturer Mr. Mahendra Kothari Sir (P.G.T Computer Science) and Mrs. Rakhee kaushik(P.G.T Biology). A speech and the Preamble on history of the Constitution were delivered by Mr. Mahendra Kothari Sir at the school assembly.  Prizes for different competitions were also given in the end of the competitions.
Principal Fr. Dr. Athnas Lakra S.J. said “these days are celebrated in school is to aware students and peoples about their duties and rights as mentioned in the Constitution of India. Students, faculty set to renew their pledge in fundamental duties. The objective of celebrating National Education Day should be to strengthen our educational institutions and to raise the quality of education to greater heights. Vice Principal Fr. laid emphasis upon importance of the Constitution.
