Accepted Payment Modes

1. No Cash Payments Allowed (as Per Central Government directive).

2. Online Payments  : Net Banking, Debit/ Credit Cards, UP/QR through app.

3. cheque/DD: Accepted along with the Fee Book Only; separate cheques are required for each child.

Payment Deadlines & Penalties

- Due Date: 15th of every month

- Late Fee: ₹100 after the 15^th of every month

- Cheque Dishonour/Bounce Penalty:

  - ₹500 for insufficient funds

  - ₹200 for other reasons

- Cheque Validity: 3 months; maintain minimum balance for 15 days of post submission

Online Payment Instructions

- Android Users:

  - Download Adonai EduApp or Campion School Bhopal app

  - Use School App Code, Student ID, and password from Information counter/ Finance Office

- Non-Android Users:

  - Visit www.campionbhopal.com

  - Click SCHOOL MIS → Select Student.

  - Log in with credentials → Click Pay Fee Online under Important Links.

Incentives

5% Tuition Fee Discount for full-year payment made before 30th June of the academic year.

Fee Receipt & Updates

- School Fee/Bus Fee status updates may take up to 3 days.

- Payment receipts are saved in the Student Portal and can be take printout also.

No Dues Certificate

- Compulsory for appearing in Half-Yearly & Annual Exams.

- Online generated No Dues certificate is Also valid.

Important Dates

- After January 30, 2026, No cheque payments will be accepted

- Only Online Payment or Demand Draft (DD) will be allowed
