Teachers’ Day is a cherished occasion dedicated to recognizing the invaluable role of teachers in shaping young minds. This year, on 4th September, Campion School Primary Section celebrated this day in honor of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, an inspiring teacher, philosopher, and the second President of India. This celebration in Campion School is a humble tribute to all our beloved teachers. The program began with a prayer song and lighting of the lamp, seeking God’s blessings and creating a serene atmosphere. This was followed by cultural performances by the students, including dances, skits, and songs based on the theme Guru - The light within that beautifully express their respect and gratitude. As a gesture of appreciation, students have presented gifts and tokens of love to their teachers. These heartfelt offerings symbolize the deep affection and admiration that children hold for their mentors. The program concluded with a vote of thanks, acknowledging the dedication, patience, and hard work of teachers who continue to guide and inspire generations. On this auspicious occasion Principal of Campion School Fr. Dr. Athnas Lakra S.J. said, the day is dedicated to teachers, who play a prominent role in the lives of their students.
