Campion School celebrated National Sports Day on August 29, 30, and 31, 2025. The celebration commemorated the birth anniversary of the legendary Hockey player Major Dhyan Chand. He is regarded as the greatest Hockey player of all time. To mark the significance of National Sports Day, the school organized several activities. These aimed to inculcate the feeling of true sportsmanship among the children and enhance their physical and social skills. The Secondary section led the way with physical exercises at their morning assembly. This was followed by open-air team activities, including a volleyball match and a marathon. On this occasion, all secondary section students participated in various sports activities with great enthusiasm and zeal. The students were told about the importance of sports and the relevance of National Sports Day. A pledge was administered during the morning assembly by the Physical Education Teacher and the HOD of the PE Department, Mr. Johnsy Koshy. A supportive environment was observed all around the campus. The children learnt about true sportsmanship and the value of playing games. Students played with true team spirit, and the celebration echoed in the corridors and fields.
