The Independence Day has a special place in the heart of every Indian. Not only does it symbolizes the celebration of 78 years of Freedom but also extends an emphatic message of the progressive future of our country.The 78th Independence Day of our motherland, India was celebrated with great enthusiasm and fervor at the KG-Block in the Campion school premises. The Chief Guests for the programme were Rev Fr Kapil Xaxa S.J( Manager ), Dr Fr Athnas Lakra S.J ( Principal), along with Fr Ashok Kujur SJ ( MP Province Coordinator for Education ) as our Special Guest , Fr Alok Kujur S.J ( Vice - Principal) , Fr Blacius Kullu S.J ( Treasurer), Sr Renisha A.C( Primary Head-mistress), Sr Cresencia SS , Sr Deepshika A.C (Pre-Primary Headmistress), Mr.Johnsy Koshy, Mr.Winston Vijay Minj (PRO) whose presence encouraged the entire students and teachers fraternity. All the children carried a tricolor flag which reflected the true feeling of patriotism among them. The teachers of the Pre-Primary guided their respective class students and they presented different items of patriotic dances , songs , speech , shloks and National Symbols showcasing their love and affection for their country in the flamboyant hues of Saffron, White and Green. At the end everyone stood up in respect and sang the National Anthem together.The children were educated on the history and importance of Independence Day of our country. The celebration filled the whole ambience with festivity and patriotism.
