Campion School, Bhopal, organised an engaging and delightful “Poem Recitation Programme for the students of STD I”, providing the young learners with a wonderful platform to showcase their confidence, creativity and communication skills. The programme was graced by Rev. Fr. Amritlal Toppo, S.J., Principal, Campion School, Bhopal, as the Chief Guest. His presence encouraged the young participants and added significance to the occasion. The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from the little ones, who recited a variety of poems with great confidence, expressions and enthusiasm. Dressed beautifully for the occasion, the students captivated the audience with their expressive voices, actions and charming presentations. The activity was designed to encourage children to develop “public speaking skills, pronunciation, vocabulary, memory and stage confidence”. It also helped the student’s overcome hesitation and express themselves freely in front of an audience. The young participants presented their poems with appropriate gestures and expressions, making the programme lively and enjoyable. Their innocent performances brought smiles to the faces of teachers and classmates, who encouraged them with warm applause. The teachers appreciated the sincere efforts of all the participants and motivated them to continue participating in such activities. The programme reflected the school's commitment to providing students with opportunities for holistic development through creative and co-curricular activities.
