Campion School (Primary wing) had a pre-celebration of the 76^th Republic Day with grandeur and heart core patriotism. The programme was presided over by the Principal Dr. Fr. Athnas Lakra S.J., Manager Fr. Kapil Xaxa S.J., Vice Principal Fr. Alok Kujur, Headmistress Sr. Renisha A.C., Bursar Fr. Blacius Kullu, Sr. Deepshikha, Sr. Cresentiya SSC with two special guests. Mrs. Babita Bhakta and Mrs. Rekha Kanade. The day was marked as extra special as it was also the birthday of Fr. Kullu. Students from KG I to Class V participated in the programme. The Day started with a prayer service comprising of prayers and teachings from all religions to be loyal and faithful towards the motherland India. In this colourful programme the KG students reninded us of oir National symbols with an urge for conserving them as well. As music expresses our thoughts and happiness on every occasion today the young Campionites presented a melodious group song ‘Mera Mulk Mera Desh …….’and a beautiful solo..’Vande Mataram….” The students also recited beautiful poems with bountiful love for their motherland Mother India. Finally the group dances were the icing on the cake as it built up more enthusiasm amongst the students. Fr. Principal blessed everyone present there with his warm wishes and blessings for continuing as true Indian citizens in future. Finally, the programme ended with the proposal of Vote of Thanks by Mrs. Sheena Aniyan, the staff representative(Primary wing).
