On September 27, 2024, Campion School Bhopal collaborated with the Indian Bank Campion Branch to enhance the greenery of the campus. Twelve seven-foot-tall trees, including The Pride of India, Rain Trees, Neem, Gulmohar, Kachnar, and Morchali, were planted, contributing to a vibrant ecosystem.The day was especially memorable as Mr. Sanjoy Roy, DGM and Zonal Manager of Indian Bank, celebrated his birthday. Dr. Fr. Athnas Lakra, the Principal, presented him with a birthday card, marking the occasion with warmth. Joining Mr. Roy were Mr. Sharad Kumar Joshi, AGM and Deputy Zonal Manager, Mr. Dilip Kumar, Chief Manager, and Mr. Sharad Singh Dhurwey, Assistant Manager. A special thank you goes to Mr. Sanjoy Roy for his participation and to Ms. Anlove Kishore and Mr. Mahendra Kothari sir for their meticulous planning. We extend our gratitude to Dr. Fr. Athnas Lakra SJ (Principal), Fr. Alok Kujur SJ (Vice-Principal), Fr. Blacius Kullu SJ (Bursar), as well as Campion teaching staff Mrs. Manjari Tiwari, Mrs. Beena Prakash, Mrs. Komal Sharma, Mrs. Ashlesha, Miss Aishwarya, Mrs. Priya Nair, Mrs. Deena Kurup, and Mrs. Sushma Saxena, for their active participation in this important initiative.Tree plantation is essential in today’s world, as human activities have disrupted our ecological balance. It is crucial that we take steps to heal our environment, and planting trees is a meaningful way to do so. A gentle reminder, this year alone we have planted more than three hundred plants. May we all be blessed in this endeavor.
